What counts as a record?
A record is one row in one of your collections: a customer, a property, a student, an invoice. You decide what you keep and how you split it.
WhatsApp messages and conversations do not count. Send as many as you like.
So 5,000 records can be 5,000 customers — or 2,000 customers and 3,000 properties. It's your call.

A credit is a price, not a meter. The same action always costs the same, however long it takes us — the variation is our problem, not yours. So the arithmetic below always holds.

Yes, and it doesn't expire. One user, 2,000 records, one WhatsApp number and a one-time pack of 300 AI credits so you can try the agent. In exchange, the template messages you send carry a small “powered by BlueMarlin” footer. Meta's conversation fees are billed to you directly, as on every plan.
We warn you before you get there, and nothing is deleted. There are no record packs on purpose: if you need more room you move up a plan — and past Scale we build you a Custom one.
The AI pauses until the next period. The inbox, the CRM, your campaigns and everything else keep working exactly the same. You can top up 1,000 credits for €10 whenever you want.
Yes, and at cost. Meta charges per conversation depending on the country and the type; we pass that through with no markup and show you the rate inside the app. Service conversations started by your customer have been free on Meta since November 2024.
No. Seats come with the plan — 5 on Starter, 10 on Business, 25 on Scale. There is no per-seat add-on either: if you need more than 25, that is a Custom plan.
